Join AIGA Colorado for our first ever Virtual Morning Brew! It is more important than ever to stay connected so join us for a short 30 minute presentation from industry professionals regarding the topics of health, the future of design, or community.
Everything is a bit chaotic right now and we are aware that many folks have been impacted by this pandemic. We want to support our community and the wonderful people who make our community great. We will be asking for a suggested donation of $5.00 and will be donating 90% of the proceeds to the folks we partner with on Morning Brew and the remaining 10% to the AIGA Colorado Chapter to help with our overhead costs, future programming, and scholarships for students.
Now...the good stuff!
OH FUDGE. As entrepreneurs we face stressors on our health, and you may be missing some signs — be they physical, emotional, interpersonal, or professional.
Mental health is a significant issue across most career fields, with dire consequences for individuals and businesses alike. As we push through the whirlwind obligations of our busy lives, it can be hard to recognize the symptoms and signs of what we need before they reach a critical point and demand to be addressed.
Join Becky Mickletz, a Denver business owner (Remickz Marketing) as she provides tangible tips and tricks for navigating your mental health and wellness in a world that can have a lot of noise.
Becky Mickletz, founder of Remickz Marketing, specializes in brand strategy and design. Originally from the exotic land of Pennsylvania, she spent six years in Los Angeles working with music and events, and now resides in Denver. With nearly a decade in event and brand development experience with companies such as Fast Company, Denver Design Week, Denver Startup Week, and SXSW, Becky has developed a career to help companies find their unique voice and implement it into their marketing through design, branding and events.
She became certified in Mental Health First Aid and speaks to entrepreneurs and business owners on maintaining a healthy mental state in a busy working world.
