Cast Iron Design is an environmentally responsible design studio located in Boulder, Colorado, founded by Richard Roche and Jonathan Black in 2010. The studio’s mission is to pair good design with positive impact by creating memorable brands and implementing environmentally responsible practices, helping the design community do the same. Together they practice and promote sustainability in their field, educating students and professionals about green graphic design through various international publications, lectures, and Jedi mind tricks.

Lecture: The Triple Pronged Plan to Preserve the Planet
Cast Iron Design will present its sustainable design manifesto, offering a persuasive thesis and practical advice for implementing a green design strategy. Through myriad charts, case studies, and poo jokes, they’ll exhibit both the challenges and triumphs of running a sustainable design practice. But mostly the triumphs because they want to make themselves look good.

Event is Free for all.
