When AIGA Colorado collaborates with other groups on projects, we try to make sure our members benefit. Building new relationships, enhancing skills, and developing portfolios are at the heart of what we do.

ArtStir Denver is one of our big event partners this year, and they needed a website overhaul for their 2014 campaign. Helping them out gave our members a great opportunity to show off their expertise while strengthening their portfolios. We held a daylong design-a-thon at I Heart Denver Store to create some fresh graphics and nail down the site layout.

Two of our members in particular stepped up to the plate. Within a few short hours, Will Royston and Danny Avery helped to create new graphic elements for ArtStir Denver’s new site, including a fun layout of banners and cool colors that show the creativity and inclusivity of the event.
