AiC Design Club collaborates with local schools and Boys and Girls Club for their Annual Snowboard Design Competition

The AiC Design Club recently wrapped their 2016/2017 Snowboard Design Competition.  This year the competition brought together design students from ten colleges and high schools throughout Colorado, as well as children from the Boys and Girls Club of Metro Denver who participated in their own Helmet Design Competition.  There were 75 total individual submissions.

The awards ceremony was held on February 17th at the VFW Post 1 Gallery in the Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District. Two hundred thirty-eight guests attended the venue.  The AiC Audio Club provided music, the AiC Great Chefs Club provided food, and AiC student Kelly Hill provided event photography.

Sponsors made the whole event possible: special thanks to AIGA Colorado, The Art Director’s Club of Denver, NeverSummer, ABL Lifestyles, 7Twenty, Outabounds Ski, Nowhere Land, Boys & Girls Club, the VFW Post 1 Gallery, and Dust City Designs.

Congratulations to this year’s AI winners
