Serving two separate terms on the board, first in the mid-1990s as Communications Director and again as President of AIGA Colorado in 2013-15, Helen Young has been a continual supporter of the chapter. She also has judged the UCDA professional design competition, the One Club of Denver’s Paper Fashion Show, and the AIGA Colorado Robert Taylor Scholarship & Professional Grant. Born in New Zealand and raised in Illinois, Helen earned her BFA with high honors in Graphic Design from the University of Illinois, including a study abroad in Warsaw, Poland. Since founding EnZed Design in 1996, Helen’s work has benefited nonprofits, corporations and small businesses locally, nationally and internationally. She’s been an AIGA member since 1994.
