Marian started her career as a designer in the publishing world with a short stint in animation. Shortly after moving West, she left the drafting board to begin her three-decade career in paper, finally ending up at Sprint Press. Marian’s extensive industry knowledge has been an incredible asset in serving her community. When on the AIGA CO board in the 1990s, she championed the popular fundraising event, Heart Art. During its 19-year run, Heart Art raised significant funding for AIGA CO and its community partner, Project Angel Heart. A long-time supporter of the creative community, Marian is often called upon as a recruiter by creative principals or a head hunter by job seekers. Marian continues to be an active member of the AIGA CO advisory board, always ready to lend a hand.
